Online OTs is an occupational therapy practice specializing in CBIT and ComB Habit Reversal Training for the following conditions:

Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) is a specialized form of Habit Reversal Training that helps patients manage tics. 

ComB is a specialized form of Habit Reversal training designed to support people with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as Trichotillomania and compulsive nail biting and skin picking, Online OTs utilizes components of both programs to best serve our patients and their families. 

Online OTs is based in Boston and provides telehealth throughout CT, MA, NH, ME, NY, and VT.

Yes, referrals ensure that you hve been seen by a PCP to rule out other causes for your repetitive behaviors. Please request that a referral be Faxed to 857-202-5085.

Online OTs accepts the following insurance plans:

• Mass General Brigham Health Plan HMO and PPO plans.
• Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO and PPO plans.
• Anthem BCBS PPO plans.
• Anthem BCBS HMO plans (only from Massachusetts)

Under our insurance contract, we cannot accept Anthem HMO plans from states other than Massachusetts. 

Insurance fees are determined directly by your insurer.

Due to frequent changes in healthcare policies, we encourage patients to verify their benefits and eligibility by contacting their Member Service Department. Online OTs do not have access to members' product details and coverage. All patients are responsible for copays, deductibles, and other costs not covered by their insurance plan.

Effective October 1, 2024, the private pay fees are as follows:

• Evaluation: $249
• Training Session: $219

Most patients participate in a total of 3 to 7 sessions, depending on the complexity of their condition. Fees are often applied to HSA accounts or reimbursed by out-of network insurers. See below for details.

We do not contact insurers or submit requests on your behalf.

Patients will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and insurance will not cover this fee.

Yes, all patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
